Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

• A damaged product

• An incorrect product

• A missing item

Please contact Rewire USA within 7 days of delivery.

Provide:

• Order number

• Photos of the package and product

• Description of the issue

Refund Eligibility

Approved refunds or replacements are issued solely at the discretion of Rewire USA after review of the claim.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality assurance reasons, opened products cannot be returned.

Chargebacks
